Shipping & Handling - International:
I ship orders with Canada Post First Class Mail. All order shipments are insured with tracking. Don't forget that with certain holidays, such as Thanksgiving and Christmas, the volume of mail going through the Postal System increases immensely, slowing down delivery time. Please contact me directly if you would like me to ship you items using an express shipping method (as each piece is a one-of-a-kind design, please do not delay if you have your eye on a particular item!). International customers please note: Unfortunately, I have no control over your country's customs, so in the event of fees being imposed by customs, it is your responsibility to pay all fees as this is not covered in the regular shipping cost.
Please only order online if you have a shipping address within Canada or the USA - for International orders, or for additional shipping options please contact me and I will make arrangements to ship your items directly and send you a payment request via email.

I always put a lot of attention and detail into every piece I create, and I want you to be completely satisfied with your handmade beaded jewelry. While purchases are non-refundable, if you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may decide to exchange for a different item. Please contact me and inform me of your desire to exchange within 7 days of receiving your purchase. It is your responsibility to properly package your item and return it to me, but I cannot provide exchanges on items that are lost in the mail, so please use a tracking service and insure your package.
I will resize items for free, or repair any broken pieces free of charge, but you are responsible to ship the item to me.
All returns must meet the following requirements or they will be returned to sender:
» All items may be returned for exchanges only within 7 days of receipt of the package. No exchanges will be honored after the 7 days — exceptions will be made for holiday gifts.
» All jewelry will be resized for free, or fixed if broken (shipping not included)
» A copy of the invoice must be included with your package
» The original jewelry price tags must still be on the jewelry or the item will be considered used
» Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the shipping charges on all exchanges, resizing or fixing of brocken items
» All returns must be packaged in a padded enveloped and insured. Damaged goods will not be accepted.
